Only items under warranty will be accepted as returns.
A return authorization number (RMA) must be issued from the factory prior to the return of defective parts. An authorization number can be requested through the internet or by contacting customer service by phone or submitting a ticket. When contacting customer service, please have your unit's model and serial number ready.
Directions for return
The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. Failure to do this could cause delay or refusal.
