Center Adjustment Bolt & Collar for hi jacker?

Can I get TH to send me a replacement Center Adjustment Bolt & Collar for my hi jacker?  It's a 2019 model boat/motor. The nut/colar is gone.  It backed out and fell off unfortunately.
